1. Preparation & Fulfillment 

At HemRitual, each order is treated as a dedicated task. To ensure the aesthetic integrity of your items, we require a preparation window:

Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect, cleanse, and securely package your items before they are dispatched.

Peak Periods: During new collection launches or seasonal events, processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience in honoring this slow-craft approach.

2. Shipping Estimates & Methods 

We provide global shipping to bring our sanctuary tools to seekers worldwide.

Estimated Delivery: 7–20 business days after fulfillment.

Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $89.

Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your package begins its journey.

3. Special Provisions for EU & UK 

To provide a seamless experience, we operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for the European Union and the United Kingdom:

All-Inclusive Pricing: VAT and applicable import duties are calculated and collected at checkout.

No Surprise Fees: You will not be required to pay additional customs handling fees or taxes upon delivery.

Customs Clearance: By pre-paying these taxes, your order is prioritized for digital customs clearance, reducing potential border delays.

4. Accuracy & Responsibility 

Address Accuracy: It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a valid local phone number. HemRitual is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Redirect Fees: Any costs incurred for re-routing a package due to customer error will be billed to the customer.

5. Refusal of Delivery & Abandonment

Refusal: If a recipient refuses a delivery for any reason (including but not limited to "change of mind" or "dispute over local carrier transit time"), the original shipping cost and the return freight charges imposed by the carrier will be deducted from any potential refund.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is abandoned or destroyed by the local postal service due to repeated failed delivery attempts or the recipient's failure to respond to pickup notifications, no refund will be issued.
