Due to the curated nature of our items and the distinct textures of the materials used, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

Exceptions for Damages

The only exception to this policy is for items that arrive damaged during transit. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to ensure your ritual remains uninterrupted.
